Ubisoft: no downgrade chart in Watch Dogs

The last few hours have seen burst onto the internet a new "case", this time tied to Watch Dogs : new gameplay footage disseminated by the press, like what we had shown the more distant past, have led many to think that the game had been a heavy downgrade chart in relation to the first demonstration of the game, dating back to 2012. To throw gasoline on the fire you are then made a now infamous animated gif and a comparative videos that show us how was the game before and after.

This has obviously caused great discussions on the web, just look at the comments of our previous news; you were expecting then Ubisoft's declarations that have not been slow in coming. And the official position seems to be "there has been no downgrade", at least taking the tweet of Ubi Benelux PR Tessa Vilyn, which States that the game did not suffer any deterioration, to which it is joined also the Creative Director of the game, Jonathan Morin, who always via Twitter says that the game will be identical to that shown at E3 2013 at least as far as the next-gen version.

At this point, we just have to wait for the developments: the recent video we've all seen and shows no comparable nor graphics at E3 2012, nor as seen in the following year, so if we are to believe Ubisoft representatives the movie these days misses many justifications other than being caught in some kind of adverse conditions, build date, and so on. Moreover all hands-on previews releases these days speak of an excellent title from the graphic point of view, anything that does not square with what we saw. We hope that the Publisher releases a video which will clarify all doubts: we'll keep you informed, meanwhile will show you a set of new images of the game.
