Further clarification on Ground Zeroes: will be a downloadable title?

Apparently the confusion of players must be a constant in Metal Gear Solid , as if the textures created by Kojima were not enough. After the Japanese creator has made it clear yesterday that MGS: Ground Zeroes is an integral part of Metal Gear Solid v: The Phantom Pain as the prologue of the story tonight Kojima has released a new interview with Geoff Keighley of GameTrailers making us understand that after all GZ may not reside on the same disk of TPP.

This as set forth by the game director of the MGS series:

" We cannot yet discuss how they will be distributed and sold, but what I can say is that The Phantom Pain and Ground Zeroes will be two parts of a single set. And Ground Zeroes will come first. It will be similar to Phantom Pain, but on a smaller scale. Then it will open world but not as big as Phantom Pain. Allows users to play, to learn how to move and infiltrate the world of the game and then, after that you will be who are familiar, Phantom Pain will come where they will be immersed in this huge and massive open world. Then it's a two-step process, but both will be part of Metal Gear Solid. "

This makes us understand that probably the two games, although Kojima insist in saying that both the experience of forming Metal Gear Solid v: The Phantom Pain , will be distributed separately: first GZ and TPP. It should be noted also that explain how GZ is a sort of miniature TPP, where you can train for then get in the game itself. This brings us to an interesting hypothesis: that Ground Zeroes is a game released only digitally and Live Arcade downloadable weeks or months before the release of MGS V? In this case might be sold separately, or, perhaps, offered as an incentive for those who pre-order the game.

This is obviously only suppositions, and we will not know how are things really as long as Kojima and Konami does not decide finally to shed light on the matter. Of course we will keep you informed.
