In an interview at GDC, the quirky game designer Goichi Suda (better known as Suda51 ) has revealed that its new game Killer is Dead will such episodes similar to that seen in Alan Wake . Suda added: " players will decide whether to make an episode a day having new challenges for every chapter, although I'm pretty sure everyone will want to play it all in one gulp. Also the episodes will facilitate the integration of any future DLC that will expand the story. "

According to game designer Killer is Dead will be the spiritual successor to one of his earlier games, or No More Heroes . However the similarities stop solely for graphical style and the fact that both protagonists fight with an energy sword, but the story and the character of the characters will be completely different.
