By August that we knew that the new vehicle Simulator of Codemasters GRID 2 wouldn't have had the view from the cockpit and many were the controversy raised by fans on this decision by developers at the time justified it by saying that " only 5% of users used routinely" . However today reveals a much more credible justification.  According to the words of producer Vincent Muelle, removing the cockpit view allowed the development team to push " other things of the game ".

Because of the limitations of today's console, it was necessary to eliminate this aspect in the title, preferring to focus on improving, for example, graphics, increase the cars on the track, a goal the latter very important for Codemasters. It was necessary to compromise, according to the developers, omit the view from the cockpit in favor of other features.

GRID 2 will be available in stores on May 30.
