Projeckt CD wanted to clarify the statements two days ago on The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt in which stated that this third installment would be the last in the series. According to a company representative, the title will mark the end of the saga of Geralt of Rivia but developers reserves however the possibility to return sooner or later in the world of The Witcher.

The misunderstanding arose when Adam Badowski, studio head Projeckt CDs stated that The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt would be the last of the series to be able to conclude their work while the game is still on the crest of a wave.

Today a report by Eurogamer has made it clear that the words of Badowski intended to only the end of the trilogy.

"This is the last part of the trilogy, in which there will be a grand final in history. However this does not mean the end of the franchise " , these are the words of Adam Kicinski.

Needless to say, we hope that the saga will continue, although we will have to do without the charismatic Geralt.
