The absence of Cinema campaign for Halo 4 did turn up our noses at some fan, however in a recent interview Jessica O'Shea of Halo Waypoint confirmed that this could be added later through a patch.

O'Shea has stated: " The Cinema of the countryside and of the Spartan-Ops was not included because of timing, rendering problems and significant changes to the engine. However, we are dealing with the very different updates for Halo 4, and instead of just use them as an opportunity for the bugfixes we plan to use them to increase and improve a little at a time the game features: therefore, it is possible that you will see the addition of Cinema in an upcoming patch along with other improvements, however, should still be all decided . "
