The new Gears will be based on a system of classes

From the network reach more information about Gears of War: Judgment , a new spin-off of People Can Fly that will be unveiled at E3 and who will lead the team Kilo composed of Cole, Baird, Garron and Sofia. Both the campaign that the multiplayer will be based on a system of classes that apply both on COG on Locusts: there will be the class of engineer, medic, scout and soldier, each with their own abilities and weapons. As for the setting, the setting will be Halvo Bay, home of the Academy of Onyx Guard, and various location will be under a strong military influence.

The following classes, while the multiplayer mode will OverRun the much rumoreggiato mix between the Horde and the beast of which, however, there are no other details.

  • Baird-Engineer. Weapons: Gnasher and Blowtorch. Skills: repairing fortifications, Tower
  • Cole-Soldier. Weapons: Lancer and Boomshot. Skills: ammunition, Ammo Exchange with engineers
  • Sofia-Doctor. Weapons: Lancer and Snub. Skills: Toxic, Grenade Grenade that revives the healing soldiers neighbors
  • Garron-Scout. Weapons: sniper and Snub. Skills: Grenade, climb on high positions

As for the locust, retained many of the creatures of the wild beast and specifically there will be Ticker, Wretch, and Kantus which can ride the Grenadier Bloodmounts and will use its Hammerburst or Lancer respectively, the same Bloodmount must first seek a mate to go to locust, the Mauler, the Serapede with poisonous attacks and the Corpser.
