Many players have noticed that face import custom Shepard in Mass Effect 3 is not working properly, so Bioware has been informed and is now at work on a corrective patch. The problem lies in the fact that Mass Effect 2 does not generate a code quite accurate when it imports the face from Mass Effect 1, which translates into an incompatibility with Mass Effect 3 that does not track so the customization. BioWare explained to be working on a patch for this issue, which we hope will arrive as soon as possible.

It also seems that the Italian game copies have bugs that prevent the svolginemento of some side-quests, in particular "Grissom Academy": when you try to start the mission, the console goes into freeze during loading.
