Date back a couple of weeks ago, the latest speculation that Bungie wanted the new draft to be an MMO-FPS environment of space / science fiction, and apparently the rumors were unfounded. In the course of the Game Developers Conference, the lead network engineer at Bungie David Aldridge is exposed to certain statements which claimed that the next game in the U.S. software house will be a massively multiplayer action title.

In recent months had been widespread rumors that the project Bungie might be, as a genre, a sort of World of Warcraft in space, however Aldrigo, not to say too much about this definition, however, wanted to specify that the game will be much more complex than World of Warcraft.

This new project will be the first Bungie not to be linked to the world of Halo and will be developed with the direct collaboration with Activision, we remind you that the two houses known to have entered into a ten-year contract which Activision will retain all exclusive rights to publish multi-format Game tied to a new "gaming universe." The new game should be called Destiny, but now this information has not been confirmed yet. Almost certainly all will be clarified during the next major event in June, the E3.
