According to recent rumors, confirmed by internal sources at Insider Gaming, it seems that Microsoft is preparing to bring Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 to Game Pass. However, it would not be the recent title of 2022 but the one released on Xbox 360 in 2009, although it is not clear whether it is the original game or its remastered version released in 2020, which however included only the campaign.

In any case, when it arrives, it will become the first classic CoD to arrive on the Pass, since the only two available so far, Black Ops 6 and the Modern Warfare 3 of 2023 are recent games.
