Enotria: The Last Song postponed again on Xbox, but without a date

If the title of this news doesn't sound new to you, you're not wrong: the guys at Jyamma Games had already announced in March an indefinite postponement on Xbox of their souls-like Enotria: The Last Song, only to announce a few months later that it would arrive together with the other versions.

And now, just over two weeks before the launch date, here we go again: the Milanese team has announced that, despite their efforts, the team has encountered obstacles that have forced them to postpone the Xbox version of the game indefinitely.

This made many think of technical problems or a sudden temporal exclusivity by the competition, but the Italian team was quick to clarify on Discord that it is none of this, with CEO Jacky Greco having heavy words towards Microsoft:

You can ask Xbox why they haven't answered us for 2 months. Obviously he doesn't care about Enotria and he doesn't care about you. [...] The context is the opening of a store page and the submission [sic], we have the Xbox Series X|S version already ready, but we can't proceed with the submission and release, I spent a lot of money on the port and they decided to ignore us.

It therefore seems that the problem in this case is the communication between the studio and Xbox itself, with the impossibility of opening the store page and sending the game to Xbox for certification. We hope that the fuss that this news will certainly raise, will be able to move someone in Microsoft so that the Xbox version of this very interesting title becomes reality. Fingers crossed!
