Studio Raccoon Logic, formerly known as Typhoon Studios and author of the critically acclaimed FPS Journey to the Savage Planet, today announced the game's sequel, Revenge of the Savage Planet, which will see the game's genre switch to a third-person shooter.

Arriving in early 2025, Revenge of the Savage Planet will see us unceremoniously ousted from our space colonization mission, after the authorities deemed space exploration too expensive and challenging and rendered us useless during your 80 years of cryosleep. So, stranded on an alien planet with nothing but our wits and everything we can muster from the vibrant landscape, we'll set off on an adventure to explore strange new lands, collecting and crafting new tools in an attempt to make it home.

Playable in both solo and co-op, Revenge of the Savage Planet can be played with a friend either in the same room with split-screen co-op, or online with crossplay support.
