Activision removes Warzone from COD download and works to reduce file size

Activision announced today that, when we download Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 or another of the titles in the series, they will no longer include the installation of CoD: Warzone, as has been the case so far. Those who want to download the F2P title of the series will have to do so separately.

This move aims to reduce not only the download time of CoD titles, but also the used disk space. And that's not all: Microsoft's label has also announced that it is working to optimize the files used in the installation of its games, so as to further reduce download times and installation space. Great news ahead of the launch of Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 on October 24, and its simultaneous arrival in Game Pass!
