2K today announced new features coming to NBA 2K25 for MyNBA and MyGM, on the current-generation console version. My NBA will introduce the Age of Steph, where fans can relive or rewrite the history of Stephen Curry's and Golden State Warriors' leagues. MyGM will also be available for the first time on next-gen consoles, allowing players to take on the role of an NBA General Manager to create the Dynasty, starting from the fanbase and ending with team management.

Both MyNBA and MyGM are introducing a number of new features and enhancements this year, including:

My GM

• NBA General Manager: MyGM is coming to next-gen consoles for the first time, allowing players to take on the role of General Manager of an NBA team. With the completely overhauled dynamic role-playing experience, players will be able to choose their GM's story and define their own managerial style. From the ex-player moving to the front-office, from the scout to the finance expert or the business expert, the character's past will determine the initial characteristics and attributes that will lead to different styles of play and different team management.
• Dynamic Conversations and Goals: A key part of MyGM is pitchside conversations with staff and players to manage everyone's needs and help accomplish a player's goals. In NBA 2K25, MyGM introduces dynamic conversations for a highly customizable experience: these simplified but very important interactions significantly influence the direction and results of the team. Past history and attribute rating can be the subject of these conversations, and the choices made during conversations can unlock more paths for the player to achieve the desired achievements.
• MyGM Building: The all-new MyGM Building is a free-roaming space where players can take control of their MyGM and where dissertations on the team's game systems take place. For a more authentic atmosphere, you can participate in first-person conversations with staff members or the owner.
• Perk System: NBA 2K25 introduces a new perk system that allows players to unlock exclusive perks with extra abilities that help increase the GM's ability to achieve objectives. Starting at launch, MyGM will feature an initial set of 55 benefits, from Winning Culture to Data Analyst, that will enhance specific areas of a player's GM skills, both on and off the field.

• Steph's Era: The Eras in MyNBA take players back in time to experience the league in the greatest periods of NBA history. In NBA 2K25, players can start their journey in 2016 with Stephen Curry and the Warriors. Relive the legendary run alongside superstars Klay Thompson, Draymond Green and Kevin Durant, or try to rewrite history by challenging one of the greatest dynasties ever assembled in professional basketball.
• NBA Cup: The Emirates NBA Cup features additional updates to MyNBA, featuring a competitive group stage and knockout rounds to test a team's ability and endurance.
• League Expansions and Twitches: Expansions and Twitches have been updated within the game, giving players full control to create their own team and shape the league. Whether it's recreating the league's peak growth in the 80s and 90s or dramatically increasing (or decreasing) the size of the league in the Modern Era, you'll have several possibilities to customize the MyNBA experience.
