When California-based studio Toys for Bob (author of Crash Bandicoot 4, Skylanders and many other games) became independent again by splitting from Activision in March, rumors circulated that Microsoft had hired them to develop a game for Xbox anyway.

Today comes confirmation from the studio itself, which in a tweet revealed that Xbox will publish their new title. The game is still in the early stages of development, so it will be some time before we hear about it, but it's definitely great news!

We therefore wish good work to the guys of Toys for Bob, waiting for further news on the title.
