Piranha Games today announced the development of MechWarrior 5: Clans, a new title dedicated to the famous combat robots that follows the previous experience of MechWarrior 5: Mecenaries. Unlike the previous episode, which proposed a procedural campaign, this time the Canadian team will immerse us in a carefully hand-built campaign between different planets.

The game will present us with a compelling and intricate story, immersing us in the conflicts of the Invasion of the Clans. The campaign will take place on a variety of planets, through meticulously designed biomes, with a high level of realism in every detail. The hand-crafted maps and missions will offer engaging, complex and chaotic combat, requiring thoughtful and strategic play. The game will offer us a new cast of customizable mechs, making us explore a crucial period of the MechWarrior universe.
