EA today announced F1 23, Codemasters' new Formula 1 simulator that will arrive on June 16. The game will offer us a new chapter of the exciting "Braking Point" story mode, exciting wheel-to-wheel racing at the new circuits in Las Vegas and Qatar, new rewards to earn in F1 World, updated cars from 2023 with the official F1 driver line-up and much more.

Braking Point returns for a bold new chapter that follows the careers of young up-and-comer Aiden Jackson and historic protagonist Devon Butler, now teammates in the Konnersport Racing Team, a fledgling organisation hoping to succeed against current real-world F1® teams and drivers . With the addition of a host of new characters, new rivalries and challenges, both aim to advance their careers, but there will be no shortage of twists and pitfalls along the way.

The handling of the F1 23 has been improved compared to last season, allowing for more predictable handling, while the new vehicle physics give the cars better traction under braking, acceleration and cornering. Taking into account feedback from the F1 team, a greater balance between aerodynamics and tyre grip results in a more realistic feel. Thanks to improvements to engine torque and engine inertia, throttle control is more authentic and offers a greater level of connection with the car. In addition to these improvements, Precision Drive controller technology will give players better pad control and increased safety at crucial moments in the race.

Following feedback from the community, the 35% race distance debuts, which is the perfect middle ground between the previous short and long race options.
