One of the most mysterious projects currently in development at the Xbox studios is undoubtedly Project: MARA, revealed over two years ago with a screenshot of a staircase rendered in an ultra-realistic way and a disturbing video, as well as some details about the nature of the game; since then, however, nothing has been known.

Today the game returns to be talked about thanks to the registration, by Microsoft, of the title at the European trademark and patent body; this event leads us to believe that the game could be shown again in a future event (the TgA in December, perhaps?), and we hope that it really is so.

In the meantime, we remind you that Project: MARA will be an experimental horror title whose goal is to recreate the horrors of the mind in the most accurate and realistic way possible, all in an environment with a photorealistic rendering. We hope to have new news about the game soon!
