Bandai announces jojo's bizarre adventure: all star battle r fighting game

Bandai Namco today announced JoJo's Bizarre Adventure: All Star Battle R, a fighting game based on the famous anime by Hirohiko Araki coming in the fall. Developed by CyberConnect2, the game immerses players in a video game adaptation faithful to the famous art style of the anime, and with the original voice actors of the Japanese series.

JoJo's Bizarre Adventure is known for its charismatic heroes who compete in exciting duels of martial arts and supernatural abilities between unforgettable slogans and exaggerated moves. JoJo's Bizarre Adventure: All Star Battle R is the largest game ever created in the franchise, bringing together 50 characters from each story arc. Players will be able to experience the famous battles of each story and see characters from various narrative universes interact for the first time, playing as Jonathan Joestar, DIO, Jotaro Kujo, Jolyne Cujoh, Jotaro's daughter and the first female JoJo in the series, and many more.

The game introduces a completely revamped and improved version of the combat system first unveiled in 2013, increasing the pace with blocks, shots, new and intricate combos, and a new tag-team battle system "Support Attack". The game modes included are: All-Star Battle, Arcade, Online, Versus, Practice and Gallery. The main mode, All-Star Battle, includes the classic clashes between the heroes of the first games, as well as new battles, offering more than 100 different challenges. There is also a series of customizable and collectible skins, as well as some unique illustrations that can be unlocked and admired in the Gallery mode.
