Last night Microsoft presented the new financial report for the last fiscal quarter, and in addition to highlighting the excellent results of all its areas, including Gaming, it also revealed some information that demonstrates the success of the most beloved Xbox franchises.

The most important data is that related to Halo Infinite: Microsoft CEO Satya Nadella announced that it was the largest launch in the history of the franchise, with as many as 20 million players committed to the title during the first month of life alone. Obviously this figure is also due to free-to-play multiplayer, but it still demonstrates the incredible popularity of a series that many wanted to take for granted.

Excellent results also for Forza Horizon 5, which after seeing 4.5 million players on the day of launch alone, has so far totaled 18 million players,definitively imposing itself as one of the most solid pillars of the Xbox ecosystem.
