After so many rumors and denials, finally came the announcement that Sam Fisher fans have been waiting for a long time: Ubisoft is working on a new Splinter Cell, made by the Ubisoft Toronto team on the Snowdrop engine (the same as The Division 1 and 2, as well as other titles of the publisher).

The project was announced as a remake of the series,so probably a sort of reboot that will restart sam Fisher's story from scratch by cleaning up past storylines, with the aim of bringing new generation graphics and gameplay into the hands ofplayers, while maintaining the dynamic lighting and strongly linked to the gameplay for which the series has become famous.

For now, unfortunately, the team has nothing to show us about the game since development has just begun, and we do not know when we will be able to see something: we hope to have the opportunity as soon as possible!
