After so much talk, so many rumors that for days followed one another on the various forums and leaks that storm the web, finally here we are: Remedy has officially announced Alan Wake Remastered through the community forum The Sudden Stop, where Sam Lake himself announced that the remaster will include the original game, plus the two expansions "The Signal" and "The Writer" and will arrive by the end of the year (although, from the previous leak,we know that it should be released on October 5th).

Lake also explained that the game will be available on Xbox Series X|S and Xbox One and that it is"the original experience you fell in love with so many years ago. We didn't want to change that. But the graphics in general, including Alan Wake's character model and kinematics,have been updated and improved with some next-generation updates."
