EA and Codemasters released a set of F1 2021 images today highlighting the characters of Braking Point,the Story of the Game mode that will see us choose from one of the five teams present to experience stardom in the world of Formula 1.

In Braking Point we will interact, between races with a series of well-characterized characters:

• Aiden Jackson Aiden is a potential star in the making: a promising young driver in his first season in F1®, idolizing Casper Akkerman, his teammate. Jackson is seen as a success story, having made his way from F2â„¢. Easy to appreciate, Aiden can present well in front of the cameras. However, he is struggling behind the scenes to move on to the big league. Cultivating the expectation of being wooed by one of the biggest teams, he's started running and he's already making a fuss.
• Casper 'Cas' Akkerman - Known for his cold, no-frills approach, Casper is a steady driver determined to lift his team out of the midfield battle. His calm temperament and tenacious determination have helped him throughout his prestigious career: while he still feels the pressure of a group of young talents that he is ready to break through, he tries to stay at the top despite his career being set.
• Devon Butler The antagonist of Braking Point. Devon is much more than an arrogant and rude parvenu trying to make a name for himself. Although he is highly respected on the track, his questionable behaviour outside of it leaves much to be desired. Always ready with a joking comment or stinging advice, Butler uses his encounters to get into the skin of any driver he deems a threat. Whether you love him or hate him, Devon Butler intends to become a living legend in the World of Formula 1.
• Brian Doyle - Brian is the direct intermediary with the team principal, and it's up to him to ensure that no snags are created. Doyle spends a lot of time as a mediator, transmitting messages, race strategies or silencing any complaints within the team. He has established his support in sport and runs a well-oiled machine. Doyle, an extraordinary character who lives and breathes Formula 1®, is on morale when things go well, but he breaks down when they don't go according to plan.
• Zoe Akkerman - Casper's wife and "foundation" of her world, Zoe has been on the scene for several years and is aware of the sacrifices her husband has had to make to stay competitive. Zoe is always available for empathic listening and a kind word, no matter where her husband is in the world. The mother of a young daughter, Lily, Zoe is the only person who knows the demons Casper faces competing against the new generation of drivers who are breaking into the scene.
