As promised, during tonight's live Xbox Games Showcase Extended, Ninja Theory talked about the development of the highly anticipated Senua's Saga: Hellblade II,releasing a video that doesn't show gameplay sequences but, in a fascinating montage, shows us how developers prepared to make the game by visiting Iceland to play large portions of the island and taking combat lessons in order to create realistic and compelling action sequences.

In the video, creative director Tameen Antoniades explains that the team is currently intent on creating a "slice" of the game, a portion of the title that will serve as a basis and then proceed in the full production of everything else: this makes us understand that the development is still in its inception, and that it will take a few years before we have the full game.
