Capcom has announced the release of Ghosts 'n Goblins Resurrection on old and new generation consoles. The title will once again follow the exploits of the valiant knight Arthur as he runs, jumps and fights through the mysterious scenarios of demon realm, a demonic fantasy world, in the hope of saving his beloved.

Brave knights will have to proceed with extreme caution as they face terrifying dangers, including familiar enemies such as Zombie, Skeleton Murderer, Pigman, and Red Arremer. The game will provide us with proven Ghosts 'n Goblins weapons such as Lance and Dagger as well as new weapons such as Hammer and Spiked Ball. There are also various types of skills and spells that will allow players to summon spells such as Firewall and a kind of RainStorm.

A two-player local co-op mode will also be included, players can have a friend participate who will impersonate one of three characters: Barry, Kerry, and Archie, each with specific abilities.
