As we know, for some years Microsoft has been constantly looking for new studios and creatives to add to the Xbox team to equip the ecosystem with ever new and interesting titles. And, according to a rumor launched by the well-known journalist Jeff Grubb, the next agreement could even take place with Kojima Productions.

Jeff Grubb writes on the venturebeat website that, according to a source with knowledge of the facts, Microsoft is in talks with the famous Japanese director Hideo Kojima (Metal Gear Solid, Death Stranding) in order to publish his next title. If this were to happen, the game would obviously be exclusive to the Xbox ecosystem, Game Pass in the first place.

Grubb explains that he doesn't know if the deal with Kojima has been closed or not, but it's a move that sees Microsoft focus more on Japanese talent.
