Square Enix today announced that Marvel's Avengers' Xbox Series X/S PS5 optimization is now available to all game owners as a free update, introducing high frame-rate and improved graphics, with 4K resolution on Xbox Series X and 1440p on Xbox Series S.

The game also leverages the console's built-in SSD for reduced load times,taking advantage of increased graphics and memory power to ensure textures at higherresolution, a higher render distance for high-resolution models, more detailed heroic moves and armor destruction, and other enhancements that leverage the capabilities of new consoles to make players feel like real superheroes.

The update comes at the same time as the update introducing the new mission Operation Hawkeye - Imperfect Future, and the publisher has taken advantage of this to introduce us to the next hero who will arrive in the game: Black Panther.
