The merger between Microsoft and Bethesda now seems to have been done, and only microsoft's official announcement is missing: as expected, the EU approved the acquisition by Microsoft on Friday, publishing today the result on a page specifying that the decision taken on the matter is "Art. 6(1)(b)", i.e. "no opposition".

The day before, on March 4, the US also expressed a positive opinion on this matter, publishing on the Securities and Exchange Commission website a page certifying the "Note of Effectiveness", having in fact an official green light to complete the acquisition.

So what's missing now is the closure of the acquisition by Microsoft, with the latest official documents signed, and an official announcement that we hope will come later this week. We will keep you informed!
