Halo Infinite will arrive in autumn 2021, first look at the graphic remake work
The work that the team has in front of it in this year of work seems to be purely artistic and technical: Staten himself claims to have played and completed the game's campaign twice, so in terms of gameplay, structure and history the game is complete (otherwise it would not have been ready for the November launch), and the entire team will now take care of finishing it and improvingit graphically to bring it to the levels that fans expect.
The members of the game's artistic and technical staff intervened in the post explaining that they are working on all the components of the graphics: polygonal models, material rendering, textures, lighting, reflections, general rendering and so on, to ensure that the game, while maintaining a "classic" look that does not betray the origins of the series, visually has the appearance that fans require for a modern title. We then work on environments, weapons and characters (including the legendary brute Craig!), to improve them in all aspects.
A first look at what the developers want to achieve we can have it in the following images, where some render in-engines show us armor, weapons and maps of the multiplayer sector, flanked by renders and artworks of the game world that make us understand the visual impact, in terms of lighting, materials and reflections, that we should have in the final title. What do you think? If the game comes out with this aspect, will it be worth waiting an more year?
