NBA 2K21: a new video for next-gen gameplay

2K has today released a new video of the next-gen version of NBA 2K21,in which both the pre-match phases and the game clips are shown in which we can appreciate all the news we can enjoy in this version created specifically for Xbox Series X and S

Showing us a game between the new Golden State Warriors and the New Orleans Pelicans, the video highlights several examples of what the team was able to achieve in the next-gen version of the game. What's new like:

  • Incredibly faster loading times: Using the built-in SSDs of next-generation consoles, NBA 2K21 is now characterized by incredibly short loading times that take players directly into action;
  • Never so close to true Basketball: Next gen's progress on movement, impact, shooting, dribbling, and more leads to a 2K NBA experience that blurs the boundary between play and reality;
  • The most life-filled arenas in 2Khistory : A new standard of crowd interactivity has been established in NBA 2K21, thanks to the more than 150 AI-powered characters populating the arena's sideline;
  • New game perspective :The new Rail Cam view transports the player directly to the parquet floor, providing a complete view of the game and highlighting the incredible visual fidelity of the players and the arena.

The publisher also explains that the next-gen version of NBA 2K21 will have two separate commentary teams: in addition to the current cast of Kevin Harlan, Greg Anthony and David Aldridge, we can also listen to the commentary of Brian Anderson (play-by-play), Grant Hill (technical commentator) and Allie LaForce (on-board reporter). Great analysis will still be provided by special guests including Doris Burke, Steve Smith, Chris Webber, Brent Barry, Clark Kellogg and many more.

We leave you to the video: good vision!
