Unfortunately, the current global situation will not allow to create great live events for many months to come, and this is also depriving fans of video games of regular appointments such as the Xbox FanFest,the Xbox fan gathering that annually was held in locations around the world, including Italy.

Microsoft has therefore decided to transform this event, which will no longer be held on a specific day of the year but will collect a series of digital and physical events (but, in this second case, more localized and reduced), throughout the year. These events will be an opportunity to celebrate Xbox and its games, but also to win prizes, get gadgets and exclusive merchandising and more.

For now we don't know yet what the first events related to the new FanFest will be, although it's very likely that they will happen at the launch of Xbox Series X and S, but from Tuesday morning they will open subscriptions (at 03:00 but there is no hurry, seats are not limited and everyone will be able to sign up whenever they want) at the dedicated site (if you receive an error screen, change the site's locations to America/Ingelse, via the bottom-page option), after which the first activities will be announced.
