Nightdive Studios, an American studio specializing in "resurrection" operations of the great video game classics of the past such as System Shock, Turok and Forsaken,has announced the work of Blade Runner: Enhanced Edition,an operation to "restore" the popular 1997 Westwood Studios 3D adventure dedicated to Ridley Scott's film.

The game will introduce character models and updated animations, cut-scenes scaled in high resolution using artificial intelligence algorithms, and more, while maintaining the look of the original game. The developers have also managed to recover the original Italian voiceover of the game, which they will include in this new edition.

The game is expected during 2020 and for now no images or videos of its new graphic design have been released; We await news on this.
