And now we have the official confirmation: Microsoft has in fact explained to the Business Insider website that the official name of the console revealed a few days ago is simply Xbox,while"Series X"represents a specific version of the console that can be joined by other models.

In short, while today "Xbox One" is the name of the console and the versions are identified by "S", "X" and "S All Digital", tomorrow we will have Xbox as the name of the console.

This detail will be especially important in the packs of games and accessories: on the covers and boxes we will not find in fact "for Xbox Series X" but simply "for Xbox", indicating the console family and not the single version of the console.
