Phil Spencer already has Project Scarlett at home, it's his main console
That's what Phil Spencer, the head of Microsoft's Gaming division, tells us, with a Tweet that says,"And let's start... this week I brought my Project Scarlett console home and it became my main console, where I play my games, connect to the community and yes, using my Elite Series 2 controller, I'm having a lot of fun. Great work from the team, 2020 will be an incredible year."
So it seems that the console (obviously a prototype of it) is already in the state of running all current games (if Spencer uses it as the main console, it means that it makes us run all its Xbox One titles) but that it also has an OS mature enough to allow interactions through multiplayer, groups, clubs, and so on.
If this is true, why the concern of some developers that the realization is far behind? Is that how the American journalist Tom Warrensays that Microsoft is keeping its cards covered to take Sony by surprise? We can't wait to learn more: keep following us!
