Team17 and Playtonic Games have released a new trailer for Yooka-Laylee and the Impossible Lair, a 2.5 D scrolling platform game followed by the 2017 title, which in addition to showing us some gameplay sequences, reveals that the game is coming to Xbox One PlayStation 4 on October8.

The colorful platform adventure that boasts some of the most creative talents in "Donkey Kong Country" in the team, sees Yooka and Laylee in action to solve the situation against their arch-enemy Capital B. In order to thwart his evil plan to use a "Collective Mind" device to enslave an entire kingdom of bees, our heroes will have to fight with the help of Queen Phoebee and her Beet against the Lair Impossible of Capital B.
