Frozenbyte and Modus Games announced today that the long-awaited puzzle-platformer Trine 4: The Nightmare Prince will arrive onOctober 8th in both a single edition (29.99 USD) and the Ultimate Collection, which collects all three titles in the series (49.99 USD). The announcement is accompanied by a new trailer that shows us for the first time the co-op mode for four players.

The footage shows us the particular puzzle mechanics of the game, which will require the exploitation of the abilities of all the characters in order to be overcome, in addition to the new cooperative mode. You can find it below along with a set of new images: good viewing!
