Microsoft has announced a new free weekend for all Xbox Live Gold season ticket holders to enjoy the usual Free PlayDays. Rocket League motorsport title from 9:01 a.m. on Thursday, July 11 and through 8:59 a.m. on Tuesday, July 16.

As always, free game days will allow you to try out the title in its entirety, unlock your objectives, and keep any progress you've made over the weekend in case you decide to buy the full title. Free Play Days also features a new Rocket League event running until July 22 and inspired by the style of the 1980s.

Finally, we remind you that Rocket League is currently available in the Xbox Game Pass catalog: if you are not a subscriber to the service but have an Xbox Live Goldsubscription, this may be a good opportunity to try play and possibly buy it.
