THQ Nordic and Bugbear have announced that Wreckfest, a new demolition derbyracer, will arrive on Xbox One PlayStation 4 on August 27. The title is characterized by high levels of destructiveness and looks like the best motorsport game in the world: the player will have a wide range of updates and customization such as reinforced bumpers, roll-bars, side slats and more.

Here are the main features of the game released by the developer:

• Exclusive racing experience: exciting races without rules with once-in-a-lifetime moments that can only be achieved thanks to a realistic simulation of physics. Take part in crazy head-to-heads on high-speed circuits, tackle total destruction on impossible routes with intersections and opposite traffic, or aim to master destruction in demolition derbyarenas.
• Fantastic cars : our cars are old, smashed and patched, but they exude style and personality! American heavyweights, agile Europeans and fun Asian cars! There's nothing like it in any other game.
• Useful customizations: not only change the look of your cars, but also enhance the chassis. Reinforce them with iron and steel to protect you from damage and add weight, with which to influence maneuverability. Modify your car to turn it into a sturdy tank or fragile but fast rocket, or whatever it is in between!
• Multiplayer: Demolish your friends online and push the limits of racing to master car destruction!
• Challenge mode: Have as much fun as you can with harvesters, lawnmowers, school buses, motorcycles and more!
