When THQ Nordic anticipated a couple of weeks ago announcing two new titles at E3, we had speculated that one of them could be a New darksiders; We now have confirmation from the E3 Coliseum website, which will organise a series of shows and demonstrations for the non-specialised public of the Losangelina Fair.

The site reveals, for the 13th of June, an appointment called "darksiders: Action Adventure Evolved" that "will coincide with the revelation to E3 2019 of a new darksiders that lead the franchise to a new direction."

This confirms then that in a little more than a week will be announced the new title of the series dedicated to the Knights of the Apocalypse, but what is more interesting is the hint of a new direction taken by the franchise: that is in view a change of course to Other genres, maybe FPS/TPS? The next protagonist of the series will be in fact the Gunfighter conflict, which would lend itself a lot to a deviation towards the shooter genre. It is also possible that the title remains an action game, but with firing mechanics similar to those seen in the series Devil May Cry and Bayonetta.

To find out we will have to wait for the beginning of E3, expected for June 11, unless the game is host of the Xbox conference scheduled for 9. Stay with us to find out more!
