The studio French Microids announced that the long-awaited remake of Toki is finally coming in digital version on June 6th on our consoles. The original Toki was a platform game originally released in the arcade games in 1989 and later distributed on various platforms such as Atari Lynx, Sega Megadrive and the Amiga series computers.

The remake of Toki will present with respect to the original a series of new features, accompanied by the new hand-drawn graphics by Philippe Dessoly, illustrator of famous manga cartoons, such as Captain HARLOCK and UFO Robot Grendizer and the music Re-orchestrated by the award-winning composer Raphaël Gesqua who created music for more than one hundred video games.

The title provides in particular:

• New game mode: A speedrun mode, accessible from the beginning of the game and available in various difficulties;
• New graphic Filters: Thanks to five filters suitable for all game modes, obtaining adventure in retro style;
• New Jukebox options available: 32 songs in total including 24 composed by Raphael Gesqua and eight compositions of the original game.
