Codemasters announced today the new edition of the title dedicated to the World championship Formula One, F1 2019, fixing the date of release to June 28, during The Weekend of The Grand Prix of Austria; The developers explain that, with a production lasting two years, this will be the most ambitious edition of the history of this automobile franchise.

Thanks to the partnership with F1, for the first time ever players will be able to get at the wheel of a regulated car of 2019, specially designed in collaboration with the F1 technical team led by Ross Brawn and Pat Symonds. The car, available in multiplayer, adheres to the 2019 regulations and will include a range of liveries designs that will offer players a new level of customization. The 2019 liveries of the F1 team will also be featured on cars in the first marketing materials, but will be replaced by the final team's cars before the game exits.
