During the live Xbox Inside, Undead Labs announced a new free update of State of Decay 2 titled Your Own Apocalypse and available from next March 26th.

The update will introduce two new levels of difficulty, Dread zones and Nightmare zones, designed for experienced and hardcore players who want to increase even more the level of challenge: In fact there are more zombies that will be more Resistant and more difficult to break down, the hordes will be more frequent and there will be a lesser amount of resources and weapons, so as to make survival even more challenging.

The update also adds as many as 16 new lenses to unlock for a total of 275g that are added to the currently available 1275g .
