After the usual weekly maintenance of Sea of Thieves , Rare today released the new patch (1.2.4, 3.75 GB) game that puts an end to the event Cursed Sails and introduces the new bi-weekly event Cursed Crews , full of news for the Buccaneer eager to test themselves with new activities.

Cursed Crews introduces a number of new challenges offered by bilge Rats, based both on the use of the infamous cursed cannonballs, which now we can find around the Islands and use ourselves, that the new flag with the logo of Reapers, which will ensure that every ship in our instance of the game see our location on the map. Skeletal ships also Cursed Sails event did not leave the world of Sea of Thieves and are still there, ready to attack casually sailors as they already do megalodonts and kraken, which was reintroduced right with this update after an absence of several weeks.

Let us see all the news of the update:

• Cursed Balls -In the barrels scattered across the game world you can find now, besides the usual cannonballs, even cursed balls carried by skeletal crews. There are 11 different types of cursed balls, each with a different curse by unleashing against the enemy, either human skeletal crews: it's up to you to find them and discover them all.

• Mietiori logo banner -A magical flag which is now available in every ship: its will cause your ship to be visible on the map from all other crews, but without revealing either the type of your ship, nor the number of pirates on board or if you have forged alliances with someone.
• Menu Quick Inventory -Pressing the Menu button on your controller now showing two new options: ' Equipment ' and ' resources '. From here you can choose which objects to use.
• Barrels 2.0 -The barrels of the game world can now contain more than one type of object (such as cannon balls and bananas), allowing you to select them via a special menu. The barrels of the ships will continue to contain only one type of resource.
• Wailing Shell Guns -Exclusively during this event, until September 12, bilge rats have new designs of weapons to be purchased with their valuable Doubloons.
• Bilge Rats Titles -Complete the Honors of Cursed Crews will give you new titles from pirate: bearer of the curse of the Damned and Accursed Traveller, Brand iron Master Legendary.
• Onoreficeze and Doubloons bilge rats -There are 16 new Awards to be unlocked, so you can get 150 Doubloons in total: 90 for the Honors standard and 60 for those legendary. You have until September 12 to unlock them.

• Skeletal Ships -The skeletal crews now plying the seven seas, ready to attack the ships that were to cross them. Periodically will appear in the sky a cloud shaped like a pirate ship, indicating the position of a skeletal battle which will give you an opportunity to earn more plunder.
• Controller Sensitivity -The sensitivity of the controller has been doubled: the level 5 is equivalent now to the previous 10. Players could then having to readjust the sensitivity settings after applying the update.
• Kraken -the Kraken was again released in the game.
