Capcom announced the production of the remastered version of Onimusha: Warlords , action game released on the PS2 in 2001 and set in a feudal Japan invaded by demons; the game follows the adventures of the samurai Samanosuke Akechi and ninja Kaede in their mission to rescue Princess Yuki taken hostage by demons in Inabayama Castle, and to find out who is behind this invasion.

The game, expected for January 15 , will see us engaged in combats and puzzles, and will bring several improvements over the original version as HD graphics and 16:9, a new easy mode, support for analog sticks (the PS2 version used directional pad for movement), a new soundtrack and new voices for speech.
