Bethesda has released today a new "educational film" from Fallout 76 , where with the unmistakable 50 's animated and with Italian dubbing there shows the system of feats in the game, which through a system of cards will allow us to shape the hero you want with the features that best fit our style of play, with the possibility to change their mind.
