Despite more than two years have elapsed from the exit, Treyarch has released a new update of surprise Call of Duty: Black Ops III that add a map and a new multiplayer game mode. Update 1.27 introduces the map called Redwood Snow, which is nothing more than a restatement of the Redwood in winter version, which in fact has no structural changes compared to the original.

The new mode included in the update is Infected , already known in some games in the series, in which a player becomes infected and must try to kill opponents infecting them. The round ends when all players get infected or the exhaustion of the allotted time.
