Rare has released today a new dev diary by Sea of Thieves in which developers tell us about one of the many possibilities of adventure and excitement that the game will give us Strong Skeletal , the particular: the fortified Islands normally deserted but which, when topped by a thundering cloud skull, will offer all the crews around challenging battles and impressive treasures.

Developers explain that in the game world is "activated" only a strong skeletal system at a time, and when he does, the cloud-skull will be visible from a great distance in order to attract the attention of more crews, which can decide to ignore it or to embark to conquer the island.

Once in place, the pirates will find plenty of hordes of skeletons to block the road, and the aim will be to get on top of the fortress: once you reach your destination, you will manifest the captain of skeletons, much more powerful.
