There are more than two years since the basketball legend Shaquille O'Neal announced Shaq Fu: A Legend Reborn , scrolling brawler title sequel released in 1994; now it seems that the title is finally ready for prime time, with an output set to spring 2018.

The announcement was made by the publisher of the title Wired Productions, who explains that the game will put us in the shoes of an unstoppable Shaquille O'Neal as he battles among the hordes of hell beings and Hollywood celebrities, using combo and a wide range of weapons that range from the katana to shuriken until baseball bats.
