After the previous rumors about a new Fable, today also comes the English newspaper Eurogamer to fan the flames of speculation about the alleged new title in Microsoft's RPG series. The site claims to have received confirmation from reliable sources that the game is in development at the second studio of Playground Games, already authors of the Forza Horizon series.

The sources of the site, including some former developers Lionhead, also explain that it is a very large project, with a staff of about 200 people engaged (for the sake of comparison, the team of The Witcher 3 was composed of about 250 employees), and that it will be an open-world RPG based on the story, as opposed to Fable Legends which was focused on multiplayer interaction.

There is no other news for now, but as we have already mentioned previously a title of this magnitude does not develop in one or two years, and considering that the new Playground studio was opened at the beginning of 2017, we imagine that there will be no concrete and official news of the new Fable before next year. Of course we will listen to catch any rumor!
