Warner Bros. Announces game party Scribblenauts Showdown
The game, coming March 8, will allow players to create their own protagonist through a simple editor, then throw in two modes: Showdown and Versus.
Game Showdown mode, up to four players must compete with imagination and aim to win playing well their cards and using a lot of creativity. Mini games of words the competitors must summon the best object or character from the huge dictionary of Scribblenauts, which includes over thirty thousand words to outsmart your opponent. The minigames of speed, instead, reward those who complete first a certain challenge. A map in the style of "board game" shows the progress of the players. With so many different ways to catch up, victory is within everyone's reach: This keeps high excitement until the end.
Versus mode, instead, two players compete in over 25 mini-games that change with each session. The mini-games are also available for a single player. This mode allows you to play continuously: there are players game after game, for fun.
Sandbox mode, the much-appreciated creative oasis of Scribblenauts, allows one or two players to reach destinations in eight new levels evoking any object imaginable, earning Starite hidden and reaching goals. Players can also unleash the imagination evoking any object they can imagine and watching their creations interact in unexpected ways.
